Policy of after-sales service

The after-sales service system of Ningbo Tianan (Group) is managed as per ISO9001 Quality Management System. Based on a principle “Clients’ satisfaction is our success, and clients’ success is our satisfaction”, insisting on the tenet of “client satisfaction”, we bear technical service work in all aspects.

Range of after-sales service

The range of after-sales service includes all-around service, such as equipment installation guide, debugging guide, commissioning, maintenance and customer training, etc. It provides a perfect product assurance for client.

Service commitment

l  If the product has quality problem during installation or running, we guarantee to replay within 1 hour once receiving information from client, if need to send people, we guarantee personnel arrived in 12~24 hours, and leave until solve problems.

l  The product of our company will obtain lifetime warranty. If the product is damaged in warranty period (as per requirements in biding document or 12 months since leaving factory), we will replace it free of charge, and after warranty expires, we will assist client with equipment maintenance and repair, and provide components and service in favorable price.
